Complaining Is Madness
In real life, we encounter with so many problems. It can be related to career, health, personal life, societal issues, and many more. When you catch yourself complaining in either speech or thought, about a situation you find yourself in, what other people do or say, your surroundings, your life situation, even the weather. Complaining should be unacceptable. When you continuously complain about anything, then your mind shifts towards negativity and you ignore the brighter side of life. The complaining invariably carries an unconscious negative charge. When you complain, you make yourself a victim. Leave the situation or accept it. Anything else is madness. Taking charge of a situation makes you a stronger version of yourself and shifts your complaining mode into a solution-oriented mindset. And if you cannot do anything about the situation then leave it and move on. Accept future challenges with a positive mindset because only positivity can bring you closer to the right approach to dealing with the situation.
