Not your beauty, physical appearance...
Spend time enriching yourself, spend time in gaining knowledge, spend time in skilling yourself.
If we actually growing as a nation or in overall worldwide then why we find so few women in science and technology, very few in science laboratories and in STEM background (science, technology, engineering, mathematics), very few in sports, politics, and literature.
Women is also a human being who has the huge potential in developing her self in all areas of life. Her destiny is not only limited to household chores and gossiping about others. She can be a leader and a mother or wife at the same time. She can be a CEO of a company and perform other roles too. 
Strength lies in breaking the limiting beliefs about herself and utilizing all the human potential which God has given to her.
