The world is full of ups and downs, stability and chaos, war and peace. We all want peace and harmony in our lives. But when somebody goes towards these things to achieve in their own way, people around them feel a bit of discomfort. Societal conditions and norms make people think in a certain way. While others grow around them, they start feeling insecure and questioning their own capability to achieve things. When we disconnect from ourselves then we encounter the thoughts of negativity and focus on comparison. Why it always need to compare ourselves to others' successes and achievements?
Firstly, don't be the person who always compares and is insecure. Be comfortable around the people who are better than you. Be the person to hold the hands of people in need and encourage them to become better human beings and the best version of them. See beauty in everything. When you are a good person and very secure of who you are, you attract good and better people in your life. When you are comfortable with people better than you, ultimately, you will be the product of the people around you. When somebody performs great in any field around you or in your surroundings, instead of being jealous, ask them how they do it? They will definitely tell you because they want to share their happiness with somebody happy for their success and at the same time, curious also to know more.
Always aspire to see the beauty around you. Be the person who has a growth mindset, who doesn't push people downwards, and doesn't make fun of anybody's failures, at least they tried to do something out of the box. In India, people have a crab mentality where they target others when they are growing. In the USA, people fail so many times in startups. They take their failures as the honor of a badge. They see beauty in their failures and also in trying again and again. This is the main reason that they are the most prosperous country in the world.
