Choosing midway

Choosing midway

Nowadays, people are much more inclined towards Spirituality and Hinduism. Being spiritual become a trend and visiting temples become new GenZ's way of life. These are the good signs that we start searching for more meaningful things in life. Many youngsters are attracted to the life of monks and want to adapt new lifestyle. Youngsters believe nowadays that becoming a monk is a better option than leading a worldly life. But is it necessary that if you want to become spiritual in life then this is the best way to live. Becoming 'Sadhu' and leaving this worldly life is a rarity. It's an inner calling when every worldly desires or things fade away. Seeing somebody as 'Sanyasi' would be attention grasping and imagining yourself about thinking that leave everything and this life is the perfect way of life. No tension, no stress, no worldly duties to play, just peacefully live this life. Sometimes, youngsters forget that such kind of life demands more sacrifices for a lifetime. Such thoughts come to them when they do not want to perform what is required and have a desire to escape from reality. A youngster can leave and hold their desires for a short duration of time, like waiting for the exam to end and sacrificing a few things for a certain duration is easy. Leading life as a monk requires very deep desire. Only 0.001% can follow this path honestly.

Even in Bhagvad Geeta, Shri Krishna quoted that-" the person who lives in this world but still remembers Shri Krishna in every moment while performing his duties, facing ups and downs, and perform his dharma (duties) is much more superior than the 'yogi' who is sitting in meditation in 'Ekantvaas'.

Within this world, you have to face the challenges, and still remember God in every performing action. Escapism is not the solution. We need 'sadhus' and 'saints' to lead the world in the right direction. Gautam Buddha chose this path after seeing the experiences of worldly and materialistic life. It was his inner realization that what kind of life he was leading and then left his Kingdom. Only those can follow this path who have experienced life at its fullest including the materialistic life. The person who has nothing seen in his life and becomes a 'sadhu' has some temptations regarding materialistic life. 'Moksh' can only be experienced if you have gone through certain experiences in life then you realize that nothing is worth more than being spiritual and having a connection with God.

Choosing midway is the best way to live life. Imposing certain restrictions on yourself might not be fruitful to you. You should have this inner realization that if you are leaving something only because it is not serving anything worthy in life. This is the rarity or might impossible that without experiencing life and living the desires, you have no temptations after becoming a 'Monk'.

Choose midway..!!
