Small things matter
Small things matter
There are tons of books written on how to take small steps or how small steps create miracles in one's life. There is a book named 'Atomic Habits', all these words have been used like tiny, small, atomic dozens of times to highlight the importance of those unseen thousands of small steps that build an empire of a person's character and way of life. Nobody suggests taking huge mountain-like actions but entirely emphasizes daily routine, diet, exercise, and studying biographies of other successful people, they might be saints like Guru Nanak, Gautam Buddha, Prime Minister, APJ Abdul Kalam, Artists, Scientists, and many more. You might not become legendary or great like them but their thought process might serve you in life. 25 minutes of exercise might not bring you muscles but can serve you in the long run. A daily routine might be boring but it can add discipline to your life. 4 or 5 am makes you feel a little agitated but can bring peace and inner strength for the whole day.
Bringing smiles to people can bring happy hormones inside your body by seeing them happy. Listening to your mother and other loved ones can bring a sense of calmness to them, that at least you listened. Wishing other people on their special day and their achievements can bring joy to them. Clap for other's successes might bring you a thought process that one day, I will be there and set your bars high. Being jealous, and insecure doesn't serve you in any way. Just putting your energy down and you will see the world as a place of competition but actually, other successful and growing people show us the path to the destination and clear our path of self-doubt, troubles, etc. because somewhere they have reached their destination so we too. By doing good to others, you indirectly serve yourself by building strong neural connections of the brain about positivity, self- love and it might raise your vibrations. If you respect yourself and feel good about you then you don't need to depend on others to make you feel good. Your own deeds and actions are sufficient for it.
Small things matter because they make a difference in society..!!
